This scholarship is for a graduating senior who will be attending an accredited university, community college or vocational education program in the United States and plans to get a degree in the field of natural resources, environmental science or a related field. Any senior who meets the qualifications is eligible for this scholarship award.

We are currently able to offer one $1000 scholarship to the student who shows the greatest interest and ability to make a difference towards conservation and environmental protection/restoration. Criteria include a history of taking related classes in those fields, volunteer or service work related to the environment, GPA and academic achievements, financial need and commitment to a degree in natural resources or environmental sciences.

The scholarship will be awarded at your schools awards night. Applicants should include the following:
● Completed application
● Official high school transcript
● Essay (details below)
● One letter of recommendation from a teacher or local community leader.
● Copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR) from your FAFSA submission.
