Water is a critical component of human existence, and simply being in proximity to water can provide a sense of calm and instill peace. Even just the sound of water can help offer clarity of the mind. Since it’s a little too cold to sit comfortably along the banks of the Eagle, we thought we’d bring the river‘s benefits to you.

The Watershed Council has collaborated with Samya Yoga Healing to offer FREE guided meditation sessions, accompanied by imagery from the Eagle Valley Wild Project. These events will be virtual, and no prior experience is necessary.
